Basodino 3272, gran bella montagna. Val Formazza paradiso dello scialpinismo? Ottimo inizio serio per l’SA2 2004. A onor del vero dal rifugio il dislivello della gita e’ di 1150 ca, i 1550 indicati sono da Riale. Ambiente severo, canale sino al colle in piedi ma in ottime condizioni, poi traverso e ghiacciaio.
Sperimentiamo le perteghette con salto della corda. Cresta finale ramponi e picca ma senza difficolta’ di rilievo. Livello medio complessivo direi buono ed abbastanza omogeneo, la soddisfazione e’ generale.
Domenica 28 marzo meteo e neve spettacolari, difficile chiedere di piu’ dalla giornata. Freddo al mattino (rigorosamente ora solare, quella legale per noi comincia dal parcheggio di Riale al ritorno), sole, vento ma non troppo, panorama a 360° da paura dalla punta. Diciotto allievi, nove istruttori, altrettante cordate. Rifugio Maria Luisa fredde le stanze (2° al nostro arrivo) buono il resto.

Gita splendida sia per il tempo che per l’ambiente….e ovviamente anche per la compagnia! Devo dire che ci ha ripagati del primo “ravanage” nella nebbia fatto un paio di settimane fa!
E poi ho finalmente iniziato ad imparare ad apprezzare la tenuta dei ramponi e ad abituare l’occhio al vuoto….Grazie Bez!
